EXAMPLE 11 2-(Acetylamino)-9(Z)-octadecenoate, 15 To a solution of 1.0 g of oleoyl chloride in 10 ml of tetrahydrofuran was added a solution of 0.42 g of N-acetyl ethanolamine and 2 ml of triethylamine in 15 ml of tetrahydrofuran.
